Hi folks,
I don't spend much time in the fandom anymore, or even with the text, but both were very important to me when I was younger. I still have warm, happy feelings about them, even if they're a bit distant these days. I don't write much in the way of fic (or really anything), but I spent a decade (on and off, mostly off) writing the same gigolas story (much of that time convinced I'd never finish it (I'm still surprised)) and it's probably my favorite of anything I've written, even though parts of it feel like relics from a former life. I don't think I could write that thing now (and if I tried it would be quite different, of course), but it's interesting to revisit who I was 10, 12, 15 years ago.
