I felt like crying tonight, so I reread two guaranteed tearjerker fics.
Finding the Sun by notanightlight-- painful in an unexpected way, with a twist that punched me in the chest the first time I read it and now only makes me weep.
and
The Undying by Angela. Hands down THE most heartbreaking (but also beautifully-written) fic I've ever read for this ship. Also a little unexpected, but in a different way. Floods of tears pretty much guaranteed.
Both of these fics were so painful that they left me feeling physically ill for a little while the first time I read them, so be warned. (Of course, your buttons may be different from mine, so who knows?) But they are also very very thoughtful and creative and beautiful and unexpected.
Oh, and if you want to cry over art instead, how about this one? (If the link doesn't work, please tell me; it's refusing to load on my computer but I think that's just because my computer is terrible and needs to be corrected with a sledgehammer.)
